40 and beyond....

well, last saturday was Weston's due date and he has decided to keep us waiting. We went back to the doctor on Monday and will be seen again on Friday. If things are looking favorable, we will be induced on Monday. I keep thinking that he could decide to do this on his own, so maybe he will be here between now and Monday. we are all ready for him to get here!! We did go for an ultrasound this morning, just to make sure that he has enough amniotic fluid around him. He does and they estimated that he weighs in the lower 7 pounds. That is good news to me!! I was almost 10 pounds so I was worried that he was going to take after me. I hope that my next post will be that he is here and all is well. Fingers crossed!!

40 weeks

Well, today is weston's due date! I can't believe that it is already here. These times have really flown by. I am having some minor pain so maybe that means he is getting ready. Anthony is really ready for him to come. I am nervous about delivery, but I have to think that we all got here this way and it will all be fine. As of tuesday, I was 1 cm. We go back on monday0 so maybe we will have progressed some since then if we have not had him by then!

38 weeks

well we are at 38! we are getting very excited about meeting our little buddy. i am starting to feel a lot different. I am tired, not able to walk as fast, feel pressure in my hips, and my back is hurting. we go bac to the doctor tomorrow and we will see what happens. the nursery is done, except for hanging the curtain and the canvases that aunt tia painted for weston. i hope to be able to upload pictures of him soon!!!
