baby showers and weddings....

this weekend was great! On Thursday, I had a shower at school and got some great gifts. The people that I work with are awesome! We left Friday for Scott and Gretchen's wedding in Wrightville Beach. We rented a house with some other couples and it was a great weekend! We had a great time at the rehearsal dinner and wedding and reception. I was able to dance a bit and that wore me out! With Weston doing a lot of moving this weekend, there were a lot of people who were amazed at my stomach bouncing around. We are 30 weeks along now, so getting closer and closer!

29 weeks

He has moved around a lot today! I love that feeling. It is absolutely a miracle. Ginny had Aubrey early Sunday morning. we went to visit yesterday afternoon and the baby and mommy were doing well. Aubrey was so pretty! I went back to school today for the first day since spring break. Anthony has been into turkey hunting since it came in season on Saturday. he has been "putting them in the truck" as the lingo goes. They have had some great luck so far. We have a busy week with Scott and Gretchen's wedding in wrightsville beach this weekend, a doctor's appt, and a baby shower at Fremont STARS on Thursday. We are excited about the wedding this weekend and look forward to spending time with friends.

First Shower

Today we had a great turn out at our first shower. It was a book shower given by Sarah Beth, Lauran, and Tia. Weston got some great books and other things that I know we will need. I loved having most of my closest friends there to help get ready for him. They are some experts that I will be calling on in the near future!
Today is 29 weeks. I can't believe that we only have 11 left to go! I am still feeling good, he moves around a lot! Weston will have some girlfriends born soon...Aubrey (Ginny) should be here within the week and Callaway (Amber) will be born in May. They were both at the shower today as well. Time is flying by and I know that he will be here before we know it!

28 weeks

This is the first post for our new family blog....and we are 28 weeks pregnant! We are very excited about welcoming our bundle of joy!

After seeing the 3d images of our little one, this all became real and even more exciting. I finally decided to start showing and now there is no mistaking that I am pregnant. Anthony is ready to take him hunting, fishing, etc. Things have been great so far, so sickness, the sugar test is passed, and we are getting the room ready.
